The Upper Dublin Marching Cardinals are the competitive marching band for Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.  Students from grades 8 through 12 participate in one of the most popular student activities at UDHS.

The Marching Cardinals have been afforded incredible opportunities thanks to the generosity of our local businesses, including: performing onstage with Grammy-nominated pop/rock band Foster the People, with the First Lady, Michelle Obama at her campaign stop at UDHS, and being recognized on the floor of the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives for winning the 2014 Cavalcade of Bands Yankee A-Class State Championship. The 2019 program “Rebuild”, a tribute to New Orleans’ recovery effort after Hurricane Katrina, earned the band a silver medal by only 1 point in Cavalcade Liberty Open Championships, winning the award for Best Overall Effect.

The Marching Cardinals endeavor to present competitive and entertaining field productions utilizing popular and programmatic music that energizes the audience.

The 2023 show is entitled “Agent UD” and will be a spy thrill ride.
